📝 Refund and Return Policy
At [GL Design ], we take pride in creating unique, handmade, and custom-designed pieces just for you. Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products (including custom cups, tumblers, designed shirts, and resin, acrylic, or wood jewelry boxes, battery -operated lamps and ornaments), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please read the following guidelines carefully before placing your order:

1. Characteristics of Handcrafted Products
  • One-of-a-Kind Pieces: Because our products are handmade or artisan-decorated, slight variations in color tones, textures, wood grain, or minor details in the resin may occur compared to the photos on our website. These are not defects; they are part of the unique value of a handcrafted item.
  • Sizing and Designs: For designed shirts and cups, please double-check your design choices and size charts before ordering. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for errors in size or color selection.

2. ⚠️ Mandatory Care Instructions (Warranty Exclusion)
Our products require delicate handling to ensure their durability. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect washing or improper use. Please follow these care instructions:
  • Cups and Tumblers: Must be strictly hand washed only. Do not place them in the microwave or dishwasher, as high temperatures will damage the design and artisanal materials.
  • Designed Shirts: Must be washed inside out using cold or lukewarm water only. Do not use hot water or high-heat dryers to protect the custom print.
  • Resin and Wood Items: Clean only with a soft, damp cloth. Do not expose them to extreme heat or submerge them in water.
Handcrafted Battery Lamps: These run on button cell (watch) batteries, which are included with your purchase! Remove the batteries if the lamp will not be used for an extended period. Clean with a dry cloth only and keep liquids away from the battery compartment. We are not responsible for damages caused by battery leakage or improper use.
3. Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items Upon Delivery
The only exception for a replacement is if the product arrives broken or damaged due to transit/shipping:
  • Reporting Window: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package (based on the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier).
  • Process: Please email us at [Gldesign077@gmail.com] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of both the damaged product and the original packaging.
  • Resolution: Once the shipping damage is verified, we will craft and ship a replacement piece to you at no additional cost. Since these are handmade items, please note that manufacturing your replacement may take [10] to [15] business days.

4. Packages Returned to Sender
If the shipping carrier returns the package to us because the address provided by the customer was incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the order resent.
