1. Shipment Processing Time
All of our products are handmade, custom-designed, or made to order. Processing times vary depending on the item:
- Designed Shirts, Mugs, and Cups: Processed within 3–5 business days.
- Resin Products, Acrylic Paintings, and Handmade Lamps: Because these items require curing time, careful packaging, and detailed craftsmanship, they take [example: 5–12] business days to be created and prepared for shipment.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship from California using reliable carriers (such as USPS and UPS).
- Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days after processing.
- Fragile & Heavy Items (Lamps/Paintings): May require specialized ground shipping to ensure they arrive safely.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
[GL DESIGN] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For domestic orders, applicable California sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
5. Damages and Fragile Items
We take extra care in packing our fragile items, including glass mugs, resin crafts, lamps, and acrylic canvas, using heavy-duty bubble wrap and secure boxes.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our customer support immediately at [Gldesign077@gmail.com]. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and take clear photos of the damaged item and the box.
